D. 1880 3 cent nickel any idea what the value and grade might be?

If cleaned it's worth less, I can't tell not seeing it in person, but what it looks like you have is an extra fine 3 cent piece in one of the harder dates. So I can put the value at a couple hundred dollars. Anything else? Usually people have other nice coins will they have one like this and we'd love to make an offer if you want to sell!
