I have this 1958 wheat penny I inherited from my father that passed away in 2022 at the age of 85. I received all of the wheat pennies probably 50+ but I cannot find another one like it online anywhere. It is very shiny and knowing how my dad was he probably carried it in his pocket thinking it was as unique as I do. It seems at the time it was made the extra copper around the edges was not cleaned away. Of course I'm hoping it could bring a high value at auction because it seems to

Every coin is unique. This one does not strike me as remarkable. "Pocket pieces" are generally worn and have low value. It's a common date. You should keep it for what it means. At least that's my advice.
