Looks to me like heavy damage from a counting machine. Even if it is from another coin, you can’t prove it happened in the mint. And it has heavy circulation. I would spend this.

First quarter the 2006 looks on the front of the coin another coin was struck on it you can clearly see a line around the quarter. The second quarter is a totally different color than normal quarters it’s like a flat metal color and feels lighter then other quarters also.
