I have eight of these Belgium Leopold II 20 Francs, with dates ranging from 1870 to 1882. They are all in similar condition to the ones shown in the attached photo. What I'd really like to understand is if these coins have more collectible value than bullion value.

Yes and no. These are common world gold with melt value $875. But dealers are paying well below that because it's not .999 fine, not rare, and almost always has some circulation wear. In effect, the collectible value IS the bullion value; we might ask for more at a show but that's not really where the market is right now.
