Maybe... but I've had such little profit with modern varieties, I don't pay much attention to them, they are way overblown on social media. And your photo doesn't have much resolution to reveal the doubling. You can pay $10 plus postage during an ANACS small cent special to get it certified, and pay extra for variety attribution, but even then will it be worth what you invested in it? Sorry, my heart lies with the old stuff! Having said that, I'll add, it's a lovely specimen for the era. I do notice that it's about half a percent off-center, if you look closely at the rim; for some reason, this happens a lot with cents early in that decade, we see it a lot for 1970-1972 specimens.
