I would not be so sure about the condition, the rim has more than "bag" marks and there are scratches on the chin and other devices. The mirrored D is very interesting but could be something added after the production process. I can't think of any mint errors that would cause this in the production process with no other effect.

2005 Buffalo nickel. It is uncirculated and never been touched. The D print on the front has a “mirrored” stamp (backwards D). I have been unable to find any information about coin errors similar to this one. Any help is greatly appreciated.
