I’ve got a 2004 Texas State Quarter. It seems to have been struck during the minting. I do not think it’s post mint. As you can see it’s on both the obverse and reverse. I’ve searched for similar error examples and have had no luck. Can you give me any help and an estimated value? Thanks for any help.

That should tell you this is post-mint damage.
