Your small cents are common, dealers often buy wheat cents at 1.5 to 2 times face value, and sell them for fifty cents or a dollar with these dates. The 2000 dollar is spendable, there is a rare "Cheerios" variety but unless you got it sealed in that original packaging assume it's just money.
