Rather mysterious. Possibly a poor counterfeit, though not sure why anyone would want to fake this coin. I'd be inclined to toss this one in my dollar bin at a show.

I have several coins similar to this one that say "TEN CASH". However, this coin appears to say "Nash" where "Cash" would normally be located. I also don't think it says "Ten", but the "T" is present and in the right place if it were to say "Ten Cash". I have searched online for it and haven't found anything.
