"No." Color of oxidation can vary significantly, and this looks like a regular sacagawea that was exposed to the elements. A little humidity or water can give it this color.

This is the same country with and without flash. I've compared it to pictures of the 2000 p sacajawea dollar struck on a susan b Anthony planchet error dollar and am pretty sure this is one. What is your opinion?
