Elizabeth, a little lesson here. No significant doubling is visible. "FBL" means "full bell lines." In fact I can't see a single line from your photo. The nice toning is overshadowed by scratches. Your half is worth about six dollars, mostly due to the silver content.

This Rare, 1962 Ben Franklin half dollar is practically completely double die. There are FBLs on the Bell. There is nice toning around the coin up against the rim.
