You're looking at a mutilated coin submitted, in error, as an error. It's actually so horrible I kind of like it, and would pay a dollar just to have it.

This is a 2015 shield one cent, I am not sure what kind of error this is, wrong Planchet, lamination or what, coin is lighter in weight larger circumference and thinner than the regular one cent. Can you tell me what I am looking at.
