AN interesting find indeed. The 960 rwish Brazilian silver coin from 1810 is struck on old Spanish milled dollars, popularly known as The father of pieces of eight. So why do this and leave yourself such a weird denomination? Out of respect for England, they used the coin preferred for international trade. While it's very old, many have survived and your coin, if real, has a price tag between $25 and $50 in its present condition.

so this coin is curious. haven't found the same one online. I was wondering if you could tell me exactly what it's worth. looks like maybe there was some error when it was struck. there were other years with similar obverse design on some sites, but the values varied greatly. feel free to also call me at 845-662-9810 and leave a message if I don't answer.
