Either 25 cents or 4 dollars. No error here, someone engraved it or mutilated it. I can't tell if it's silver but it looks it.

Apparently looks like severe planchette error. Can also see circle on face side where maybe a dime planchette used. No letters or dates hardly visible ...what may my coin be worth?
