The upper ones look like gold. They aren't in great shape, and holes are terrible for numismatic value. But gold is gold. I'd have to inspect them to make sure that's what they are. My estimate of value is $50-200 for the gold coins and $2-10 for the silver ones. Let me know if you want an appraisal!

The coins were inherited from my family in Bulgaria. I am mostly interested in the history behind the ones with Arabic writing - what are they, what year were they minted. I think they are from the time of the Ottoman Empire in the Balkans. A rough estimate of their value would be appreciated too.
