So I'm wondering if this is an error, ive attached a picture of the front and back and also a close up of the Liberty. The Li and b seem to be not stamped correctly. Also if you look above the letters GOD I'm guessing machine doubling...well I really don't understand the difference to be honest with you. Anyway would love to learn from your expertise. Thank you in advance.

Either the coin has been worn or damaged in circulation, or a weak die created it. I don't diagnose doubling not clearly visible, as it has little value, it's quite common. So you're safe to spend this cent.
