Hello, I am hoping that this coin damage was done by the mint! The lighter pictures are taken with a flash.
As far as the coin goes, on the obverse it looks like a lamination nightmare! It is also missing the t at the end of trust. The L looks to be right on the rim and the rim has holes also. On the reverse it looks like it never got struck and although it looks to be chipping it is smooth to the touch with just a little raised edge where the color is different. I appreciate you taki
