1965 Quarter No mint mark. It seems to be a bit off on the placement around the edges. And on the upper left side of the front face of the coin, directly between the word "Liberty" and Washington's face it looks as if a key or something had been stamped into the coin prior to the actual face was stamped onto it. You can both see and feel the area where it is stamped into the metal of the coin.
