"BU Gem" is a rather elite grade reserved for very special specimens, MS (mint state) 65 or higher. Yours is nice but has too much chatter, meriting closer to 63; and the action on the rim suggests it might be AU (about uncirculated) 58. Still, I'd place the value close to $2,000. I emailed you about the others you have... I think an appraisal and marketing plan would benefit you.
