1983 quarter looks chipped on the inside. The copper and silver and uneven. The e in Liberty. Looks as if the i in In is missing or damaged. The feathers on the left side are off. Spacing? The t in states.

It's from the Philadelphia mint. Just an ol' quarter I'm afraid, not worth more.
