If you're right, it's too slight to have a premium. I'd call it a poor strike.

I believe this may be a slight broad strike coin. It is the 1973 coin in the middle of the photos. Liberty is further from the rim and it appears there is doubling on the rim? The rim is flat. There does not appear to be damage causing this. It appears there is a crack in the side, it does not look like a scratch. Would you be able to determine if this is a true error coin through the photos?
