1984D 1C estimated MS64 by photo comparison with PCGS photos. IN GOD WE TRUST barely visible on obverse. UNITED STATES OF AMERICA on reverse missing lower half of TATE missing S oF. Not scratched off it is flat looks like grease buildup. Letters go from tall to flat.
