The color differentiation of the coin is unusually weird. It also appears to be double plated with an extra layer (you can actually see its wore away through the years. The N ,in the phrase "In God we Trust". The N is slanted pretty noticeable... Can't really see if it's a 1969s Double Die Obverse but it sure looks as if it could be..
