No mint mark just means Philadelphia. Sure, it's a proof. Forget the "errors," we sell these for a buck at shows.
1960 Nickle with no mint mark. I believe that means it's a proof coin. The lustre and shine make me believe it's a proof coin. I'm not an expert but I'm pretty sure I see multiple errors on the reverse. So many that I haven't fully checked the obverse. Recently a coin similar to this sold for a lot of money. I'm confident that these errors are genuine making this coin even more valuable.
