I'm not quite sure what you're seeing, but one thing is certain: finger prints always lower the value of a coin. This one is safe to keep, or spend.

Looks like 1955 penny with the finger print on the backside. I do see the finger print Image on the coin. I wish it looked as nice as the one I pulled up online, but it has fingerprint markings that can be seen.
