1975 mint error dime

Reissued answer, in wake of repeated harassing messages from person who posted this: Absolutely no mint action is evident in this piece beyond original production. There is evidence of error. This is textbook post-mint damage. Virtually all dimes after 1964, no matter how they have been circulated or modified, are worth more than ten cents. We have already posted extensive documentation of this and consequently ask people to please not submit such things when there are others out there asking for help with with older and more interesting pieces.
