If not filed it was rolled or pounded. the mint does not do this. so no value from it.

Smooth edges. Upon closer inspection to see if the edge was filed, I find little lines (last pic), I zoomed with my camera and it looks like it could possibly be tiny letters or very faint ridges at the least. So hasn't been filed. It's almost twice as thick as a normal quarter too. Wondering if it has any extra value to it and if it is a mint error coin.
