At first glance I thought PMD but then I noticed it looked sorta like a partial collar strike and the more I read up on it I believed maybe a die adjustment strike and read more and came up with retaining strike through lol so I can go on and on ...
Please help me identify what's going on with this 1930 penny. Please don't say PMD. LOL
