Ordinarily when people submit nonsense here I let them have it... but this is really an enigma, it's interesting. If it were mine I might take the chance it's a legit error and submit it for authentication... but I would hate to suggest you do if the "experts" don't go for it.

Hi, I found this coin in the early 1980s. It appears to be a penny struck on a dime or vice versa. It's ridged and thin like a dime. I'm crossing my fingers for it to be worth something as this year hadn't been very good to me.
