1998 looks like in some photos the mint mark is on the lapel. The date is crooked also Liberty is crooked and double punched the die error makes it look like an Indian kissing Lincoln. I am a PCGS platinum member and they have nothing on their website but I did see some similar ones on Ebay with the date and Liberty and a dark spot where mine is but nothing like my coin.
