Looks to me like a cool lamination error. I'd charge $20 for it... not sure if I'd get it but worth asking!

1937 no mint wheat penny. A large chip behind Lincolns head. No idea if strike or lamination error. I'm fairly new to collecting, but have quite an assortment, and don't know nearly enough. Thanks :D

It should not be greater in diameter than a modern cent. It's a flying eagle cent worth around $15.
