I have 8 quarters that are 1999. Some with some errors. I would like to find out what they are worth and possibly sell them. I have 2 Georgia, 2 New Jersey, 2 Pennsylvania and 2 Delaware. They are all yellow in color. I’m not sure if they were struck on the experimental planchet or if their gold electroplated. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
