Many dies are used to strike many coins. The dies wear differently and all coins are unique when you study them close enough. So even if you're right, that does not mean it has more than face value.

I found a 1993 d mint penny that appears to have an extra cheekbone line extending from top of chin to the bottom of ear. It does not appear to be 'wear n tare" damage. Given that, I also cross example ned this coin with several other 1993 d mint pennies and found no other to have this anomaly.
