I think the grade you seek is impossible, DCAM is reserved for Proof-70 not mint state. Regardless, the odds of getting a 70 DCAM designation are so low that I would not bother submitting in an attempt to get it. Certification has become too expensive and discriminating to go this route. At least that's my advice, you can play roulette!
