Coins get smashed together all the time, but usually after they leave the mint. It's damage.

a 2007d penny looks to me it's been struck on the front with the reverse side and on the revers side it looks to be struck either double or with another perhaps a nickel revers. not really sure could you please enlighten me? thank you
