We ask people not to submit such things before reading about them on our site. From our tutorials: "Writing from another coin makes you think it was struck with the wrong die? If it's reversed think again. All you need for that effect is a hammer: whack two coins together on a hard surface or in a vise, and voila. Faux error."
You say it's "highly unlikely" someone did this. Why would it be more likely that the mint, careful in its production, would do such a thing?
It's neat, I'll give you that. But not very valuable or an error coin.
