It's typical of cents from the early 70s and while people are allowed to charge what they want, you did not and will not see an actual sale for a coin like this for more than five or $10. It's not off-center enough to be regarded as an error.

Looks like an error dye coin perhaps. I've seen these go on Ebay for thousands I've also had a bunch of other websites appraise so I'm interested in getting an estimate.
