From "What's My Treasure Worth," at the top center of our home page: Most supposedly “double struck” coins we see are merely one coin that has been pressed into another with a hammer or vise. How can you tell? Because the Lincoln Memorial goes into the surface, not out; because the writing is mirror-image, not normal.

I have a 1984 d penny with the Lincoln memorial stamped over the frount of lincolns head vertically. I have not seen or found another like it. Is there a value to it or is it worth keeping
