This is a conneticut 1999 coin I come across in one of my old purses. I thought how strange this bump was on the head of the coin. Then felt another bump on the back side with my fingers. Both bumps bulge outward on the coin and are not across from one another. They are two separate bumps It’s hard to imagine what caused this and wondered how I might tell if this was a mint error. If the coin had been ran over or something I would imagine that the opposite side would have an
