Thanks for your expert opinion. However, it's a mystery to me why, if you so emphatically believe this, you would waste your time and mine asking me about it. Though we are are really clear, top center of our web site, that we do not want people submitting this type of material, since you asked: this is absolutely not an error. It is the purest example of post-mint damage you'll ever come across. The second best thing you can do with it is spend it.
