As I said when we spoke, most "error" coins are damaged ones mistaken for errors by novices. Can't imagine what separates this coin from one gouged by a blade or screwdriver or something. This is an error coin I believe it's a 2018 dime I think it's a Philadelphia mint it looks like the guy hit it so hard that metal was pushed over the edges but you can see the obvious lines through the face is it valuable?
