You’re mistaken. First, it doesn’t have doubling significant enough to matter. Second, even if it did, in a circulated grade it would add no value. Finally, you can rule out the preposterous planchet theory by weighing it. You can read about all this in the FAQs, tutorials, and submission criteria you saw fit to skip. We spect many hours writing and posting it, and recommend it over the nonsense out there on the internet that lead you to those conclusions. Sorry!

This appears to be a 1977 double die struck on some year of a Canadian quarter if I’m not mistaken, you can make out the boat on the back and the front features on the front
