Some look like medals. I would have to see them in person to determine whether the Chinese dollar is authentic and whether the medals are made out of silver. You can also weigh and then look up the correct weight in grams on the Internet easily. The fake ones are almost always the wrong mass.

Look a little harder. They made billions of wheat cents and many suffered damage.

Well it's authentic and "good for the grade." Maybe worth a couple bucks on a good day!
