It’s likely plated, I don’t know how you’d show it originated from the mint. They wouldn’t do that.

Follow up: “ There is no sighns of it being plated that I can see if it was plated what should I look for..... If it is as I say an trully an error coin what would it be appraised at.......I do believe it is the real deal how can I find out if it  is plated or not”

It probably weighs too much from the plating. 
How would you “see” this is plated, not being a professional ? I see it. Struck coins have a different appearance as the metal flows under the die and leaves radial striations. Yours is too polished. 
I don’t do “what if” appraisals. Sorry.
