I would say if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
I would say, you can pay fifty bucks to get it certified from PCGS, NGC, or ANACS, wait three months, and then you'll have the opinion of three graders and a master grader.I would say you will then either be $50 poorer or $50,000 richer.
I would say you could then decide who to thank and who to spank.
