I inherited a book of Pennies. I think the 1927 Lincoln Wheat Penny has an error on the obverse of the coin. Is it an error? What is the estimated value?

It's a wartime alloy of zinc-coated steel. You can pick it up with a magnet. We charge $1 or give to kids.
