I do not know the M.S. of this penny, however, it is very clean with minimal blemishes and crisp borders.
A possible error( strike through or die clash) on obverse located just above the bow tie. A curious line runs vertical just east of Adam's apple which seems to correspond to reverse lettering.
A 2nd possible error is on the reverse. At the large O in one cent and at the AM in America, the lettering appears thicker than normal and as if it is fading away when the surrounding letter
