It looks more like an 1879 Philadelphia with an altered mint mark, with cc added. But even if authentic, your coin is about good and worth at most $100-150. Probably not worth getting graded.

I was wondering if you would be able to provide an appraisal for the attached coin? I have had it evaluated with a local coin dealer who did confirm it’s 90% silver content and believes the mint marking to be a capped CC.
