I don't think this is significant enough to warrant a premium, especially with circulated notes. Sorry!

These 2021 $1 bills are consecutive and both appear to have ink spots on the back side beneath the large N midway the note. It looks as if the ink from Washington’s collar may have bled through from the front or perhaps the printing press had ink on the plate.
