Unremarkable, I'd spend. Not sure what you mean by misaligned.
FOLLOW UP: Now I see that the last digit on the left number is slightly high. It is not uncommon for the wheels to be slightly out of line, and can't say there would be any premium for such a minor issue. Errors need to be more dramatic to have value.
I don't know what I'm looking at. Is this a coin? A photo of a coin? It's not an authentic regular issue…
